SHOP FORMING CAPABILITIES

COIL LINE CAPACITATES

Engle Coil line

- Able to fabricate 24 Ga. to 18 Ga. Duct in 5'   lengths.

 

- Insulation can be installed in either .5" or 1" thick per your specification.

 

- We can produce TDF connections at 56" finished length.

 

- S and Drive connections can be made at 59" finished length.

 

Other Metal Forming Capabilities

- We have a hydraulic shear capable of shearing up to 1/4" black iron up to 10' long.

 

- We can power brake up to 16 gauge galvanized up to 10' in length.

 

- We have misc. forming machines able to form Pittsburg seams in up to 16 gauge galvanized steel.

 

- Our Engle TDF forming machine can form up to 18 gauge galvanized metal.

 

- Our state-of-the-art CNC plasma table can cut from 24 gauge to 10 gauge galvanized or black iron.

     -Can also cut aluminum from .032 to .125

     -Stainless steel from 24 gauge to 16 gauge

 

 

Our Welding Capabilities

- We can weld galvanized steel, black iron and some grades of stainless .
